Fermented foods are a great source of  probiotic bacteria. So when you consume fermented foods you add beneficial bacteria and enzymes to your overall intestinal flora, increasing the health of your gut microbiome and digestive system and enhancing the immune system.

We have a young flock of mixed breed chickens they aren’t laying yet but we hoping soon for some farm-fresh eggs. We are also raising a second flock of Silkie chickens.

This is our first year cultivating honey and bee farming. Even thought we are not expecting a large honey bounty this year, we are still happy about having these friendly pollinators helping our garden along!

We are raising up kids connected to God’s creation, to life and to the value of work and play!

Nigerian Dwarf Goats are pint-sized, full-featured goats. We love our small, but growing herd.

We cultivate an organic garden, because we like to know what is in our food, and also because it’s a beautiful process. “To plant a garden is to believe in the future”
