Nana and PawPaw

Hi, we're Jami & Dave Childress, or as the family knows us, Nana & PawPaw. We grew up on a farms in Texas, and have always loved animals. Our career and business took us away from a country life for a while, but it has always been our dreams to return to our roots, be more connected to God's creation, and care for animals. Jami is  passionate about organic foods, fermenting and eating for health. She raises Nigerian Dwarf goats, a variety of chickens and a large organic garden. Dave enjoys hunting, fishing and exploring the rugged Colorado country side. In their spare time you will find them playing with their 4 grandchildren, or learning more about sustainable homestead farming.
