We love our little Nigerian’s. They are playful, adorable and useful on the farm! These teeny fur-balls are so fun for the kids (and the adults). This versatile, friendly creatures make wonderful compost, great for milking and bring visitors far and wide. Their miniature size makes them easy to handle, and less expensive to feed. They stand less than 2′ tall.
At Three Red Shirts Farm, we have 5 goats, all female. Hazel is the oldest gal born in March of 2018, she currently has milk, and is contributing to the babies milk demands and our own! She has been a great member of the herd, showing leadership and maturity. Next we have Annabelle and Autumn, sisters, who were born September 5, 2020. They are the first barn-yard members of the 3RS crew. And lastly we have Billie and Bluebell. who were just born in February of 2021, they are still being bottle fed and have grown a ton!
