At 3RS farm, we ferment our own milk kefir, goat milk kefir, kombucha, honey, sourdough and more! We love the control we have over the fermenting process and the ingredients we use. Also tis much more sustainable, we re=use the same glass jars, feed the fermented fruit and SCOBY to the chickens or add directly to our compost.
